Our Room By Room Cleaning Process
Bathroom Cleaning
- Clean, sanitise and buff sink, toilet and bath
- Clean extractor fan cover
- Clean shower including glass (ensure no water spots), tap, plug, seals, hinges, tiles and tray
- Removal of lime scale
- Clear any hair or debris from plug holes
- Blinds cleaned
- Ornaments dusted
- Clean and Polish Mirrors
- Chrome towel rails
- Sanitise all touch surfaces including light switches
- Shelves, surfaces and window sills cleaned and polished
- Skirting boards cleaned and dusted
- Small bins emptied
- Provide fresh toilet rolls and fold/hang towels and restock essential bathroom supplies
Bedroom Cleaning
- All furniture polished
- Strip old linen and replace with fresh, crisp sheets (check for any marks)
- Check under the beds
- Wipe wardrobes and drawers
- Check mattress protectors and change if marked or dusty
- High and low dusting
- Mirrors cleaned
- Widowsills wiped over
- All touch surfaces sanitised including light switches
- Floors hoovered and mopped
Living and Dining Room Cleaning
- Dust the entire room, including all skirting boards, ornaments and mirrors
- Polish all furniture and units
- Wipe down all windowsills and windows
- Dust all shelves and surfaces
- Clean and buff all radiators
- Remove all sofa cushions and clean underneath
- Neaten couches and cushions
- Check and wipe all drawers and cupboards
- Sanitise all touch surfaces including light switches and door handles
- Shake out all rugs and vacuum them thoroughly
- Vacuum and mop all floors
Kitchen Cleaning
- Clean oven, hob, grill, and extractor for hood (remove grease)
- Polish oven door glass
- Descale and empty old kettle water
- Clear toaster of all crumbs and clean underneath
- Empty and wipe out microwave (inside and out) and clean underneath
- Clean and dust skirting boards
- Tiles degreased and shined
- Clean dishwasher filter and wipe the door seal
- For fridge/freezer, empty all old food, wipe shelves, and ensure the freezer is defrosted/ice free
- Check cupboards for crumbs
- Ensure crockery is sparkling and properly organised
- Scrub sink and drainer, and polish taps to a high shine
- Windowsills wiped over
- Scrub sink and drainer, and polish taps to a high shine
- Sanitise all touch surfaces includes light switches
- Hob and splashback degreased
- Wash out the bin(s), dry and insert a fresh liner
- All floors hoovered and mopped
- Restock kitchen supplies - Refill tea bags, coffee (pods or ground, sugar, check and top up salt and pepper mills (if applicable), fresh sponge and cloth, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, two washing pods (if the property has a washing machine) and two spare bin liners
Outside Areas
- Wipe down patio tables, chairs and clear away cobwebs
- Sweep the entrance and remove any rubbish
Safety and Maintenance Checks
- Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- Test all lamps, overhead lights and replace bulbs
- Ensure Wi-Fi router is on and TV remotes are in place with working batteries
- Check for any damage or maintenance issues to be reported immediately to the owner
